Michael has deep experience performing all DBA functions including database system usage, integrity, disaster recovery plans, performance tuning and data mining. He also has broad experience in application development and designing front-end reports using Microsoft .NET technologies, Microsoft Access, C#, Visual Basic, MS Office Suite , as well as Crystal Reports, Java, and PowerBuilder.

Cheryl Sommer has engaged in technology for well over 25 years.  Throughout her career as a technical architect, network architect and lead analyst she has often led various project teams in performing analysis and design of very complex functionality into easy to understand logical models and designs.  She has also done the same with network archtectures. 

She assists the company in technology consulting, technical management, technical research, and extensive anaylsis and design work.

Ed Bielik has engaged in technology for well over 32 years.  Throughout his career as a technical architect, database architect and lead database administrator, he  has often led various project teams in performing analysis and design of very complex information repositories into easy to understand logical data models and database designs. 

He assists the company in technology consulting, technical management, technical research, and extensive database anaylsis, design and administation.

His experience in technology includes: network-centric computing, object-oriented architectures, distributed applications, Internet based technologies and service-oriented architectures with Web Services, as well as architecture definition, data modeling, functional analysis, testing, and implementation phases of the systems integration life cycle. His primary experience and major technical strengths are in the areas of data modeling, database design, systems application design, systems development, and database/application performance tuning.

Terry Noel started developing websites in 1999, when he was only eleven years old. With love for creativity and development as his only motivation, he went on to produce websites that gathered millions of page views. Now with a Multimedia Web Design College certificate under his belt, Terry aims to assist others in their creative endeavors using his extensive knowledge in HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, and his understanding in web trends and standards.

More so, Terry loves to draw and animate his own cartoon series, and is most critical in spectrum of colors, to ensure they are pleasing to the human eye.

Heather Lynch was born and raised in Liverpool, England.  She has a constant creative passion for art and design. Her recent Multimedia design course achievements has accelerated her interest particularly in web and print design and development. Brandon Bolin is fluent in web technologies, Flash programming, Adobe Web Design CS3, as well as extensive Content Management System products.  He does web design, web development, website testing, CMS training and multi-media production including both still and motion photography and editing.  Brandon also has the knowledge and experience to assist with logo design, search engine optimization, e-commerce implementations, and various print design projects for brochures, ad designs, vehicle signage and tradeshow booth design.
